The Grants and Strategic Funding Manager will lead the City of Roswell’s enterprise grants program and coordinates the full lifecycle of grant activities across departments. The position resides in the Finance Department and provides strategic coordination of federal, state, regional, and private funding opportunities aligned with City priorities, capital programs, and departmental initiatives. The position works closely with the Finance Director, the Deputy Director of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer while coordinating frequently with the Mayor’s Chief of Staff, departmental leadership, federal grant consultants, state legislative advisors, and regional partners. The role ensures that grant opportunities are strategically evaluated, effectively pursued, and properly administered in compliance with federal, state, and local financial and regulatory requirements.
