Program Summary The Finance team manages all aspects of the financial operations in the organization, ensuring IRCO’s financial health, transparency, and sustainability. The team is comprised of three areas: Accounting, Budgets, and Awards. Core functions of the team include recording financial transactions, creating financial reports for both funders and managers, and assisting managers in the interpretation of those reports. With an annual budget of more than $60 million, drawn from a complex array of funding streams and a workforce and client base from around the world, we are a non-profit leader with a long stable history of financial accountability and excellence. Position Summary The position is a blended position with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities. The Grants Accountant is responsible for a portfolio of invoices and a category of expense payments. The work includes maintaining detailed records and providing information for external and internal stakeholders. The successful Grants Accountant will be detail-oriented, communicative, community focused, and enjoy contributing to a healthy workplace environment for all employees in support of IRCO’s mission.
