The Grant Coordinator serves as the administrative and supportive backbone of the organization’s national grant portfolio, supporting consistent grant tracking, documentation, reporting, and compliance activities across all regions. From grant award notice through contracting, execution, ongoing maintenance, closeout, and renewal, this role coordinates and completes required grant documentation, maintains accurate trackers and internal systems, manages grant-related registrations and vendor accounts, and ensures records are complete, current, and audit-ready. Under the supervision of the Director of Grant Management, the Grant Coordinator works closely with clinic directors and regional teams to support successful grant implementation. This role provides practical, day-to-day grant administration and reporting support, assists with new grant setup and required forms or tools, escalates risks or issues when appropriate, and supports a high-volume, multi-million dollar grant portfolio. Additionally, the Grant Coordinator analyzes grant data and prepares internal summaries and reports to support leadership visibility into grant activity and impact.
