About The Position

The Grant/Administrative Coordinator serves a key role on our active and effective grants team, as well as supporting administrative needs of our growing firm. Primary responsibilities include ensuring client compliance with federal and state funding awards, developing regular reports to funding agencies, supporting grant research and writing, and providing administrative support where needed. Successful applicants will be self-starters, capable of executing complex work with strict attention to detail. Strong organizational, writing, and communications skills are critical to the success of the position. Familiarity with federal and state funding agencies and programs, local government, infrastructure, architecture, and/or engineering is preferred. Qualifications include minimum five years of administrative experience, preferably in local government or related field. Experience with grant programs is preferred. Only candidates with the ability to demonstrate exceptional writing and communication skills will be considered. Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred. A competitive salary and full benefits package are being offered. Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. We are an EEO Employer. The salaries noted are good faith estimates of the salary ranges for the positions in our New York offices at the time of posting. The estimates do not include other forms of compensation or benefits, including but not limited to, insurance, PTO and market-leading retirement contributions.
