About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in field marketing or franchise management.
Proven track record of successful grassroots, CRM, and local media planning and execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with franchisees and K9 teammates.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel throughout the US to support franchisees, attend grand opening events, periodic trips to headquarters, etc.

Passion for pets and understanding of the pet care industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Primary marketing lead working with K9 franchisees to optimize their pre-opening, grand opening, and post-opening marketing efforts and ensure successful launches and first year revenue.
Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and drive new client acquisition.
Collaborate with franchisees to provide marketing support and resources for local grassroots and paid media initiatives.
Analyze market trends, lead gen/media performance, and customer feedback to help franchisees optimize marketing efforts.
Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure alignment, support and success.
