About The Position

This role is a temporary/seasonal role that may work in Spring or Fall to assist the team in our busiest seasons. Position Overview: This position will assist the location with general lot duties and will be expected to follow safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.
• Required overtime as the season demands.
• The employee needs to stay in good physical condition to regularly lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, perform preventive maintenance activities, and perform other physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location.
• Employee will regularly be required to walk, stand, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, handle, feel and grasp.

Nice To Haves

• Prior ag experience a plus
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including but not limited to cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, mowing grass.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Soil Sampling
• Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments with management.
