The Grain Elevator Operator position involves hands-on duties related to grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading, as well as monitoring stored grain condition and maintaining/cleaning facilities and equipment to ensure a safe environment. Operators will be cross-trained for various tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Ability to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English (for safety reasons)
Available to work overtime and weekends
Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
Able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain
Monitoring stored grain condition
Maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow Team Members
Performing a variety of tasks (cross-trained)
