Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to the following: Finance Monitors and records farm direct processor deliveries for discounts. Processes freight loads for company trucks and private haulers. Research freight discrepancies and make corrections Reconciliation Reconciles Processor and Rail Settlement reports. Determines processor schedule for outbound settlement team Research and resolve load discrepancies and unpaid loads. Data Collection and Reporting Reviews processor discounts and communicates with branch managers/merchandisers. Maintains associated spreadsheets. Prepares data files for import and processing. Processes final outbound settlement reports. Scans/archives completed outbound settlement reports. Communicate to locations time sensitive items to complete. Other Provides phone support for the Grain Department. Assist Grain Controller with compliance duties. Other administrative duties as assigned. Must be able to multi task. Qualifications & Requirements: Associate's degree in accounting or proven equivalent experience. Substantiated skills in keyboarding and ten-key calculator. Experience with Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office products. Detailed-oriented, independent self-starter. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
