What the job is: CPI is looking for someone who likes to work outside and enjoys working independently or on a team to accomplish day-to-day grain and agronomy operations. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. Grain and Agronomy Operator Leads will guide and assist others with loading and unloading grain commodities, blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals, and at times load railcars at certain facilities. The Lead will be responsible for analyzing and resolving work problems, performing preventative maintenance on equipment and maintaining records. As needed the candidate could operate heavy equipment if certified. No experience necessary, training provided. Generous benefits and competitive wages.
