About The Position

Summary: The Undergraduate Education Program Assistant will be a current AU graduate student who supports the School of International Service (SIS) Undergraduate Programs Office. They will report to the SIS Undergraduate Program Manager and will work with other staff members. Essential Functions: Data entry and organization. Student correspondence with applications, scholarships, and awards. Newsletter curation and Canvas/website maintenance. Event marketing (including generating Canva graphics). Event planning and assistance. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current AU graduate student.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to work with and keep information confidential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Customer Service focus is essential.
  • Comfortable moving event tables/chairs and able to lift 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working at AU campus office.
  • Recent graduate of the SIS Undergraduate Program.
