About The Position

Black Box is proud to introduce our Graduate Talent Program — a structured, hands-on learning experience designed to equip you with real-world skills across some of the most in-demand fields in technology. Whether your passion lies in cybersecurity, infrastructure deployment, or network operations, this program offers the tools, mentorship, and industry exposure to jump-start your career. The Black Box Graduate Talent Program is a rotational or track-based development initiative that provides comprehensive training and on-the-job experience in the following roles: 1. SOC (Security Operations Center) Analyst Track Learn to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats. Gain hands-on experience with SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response procedures. Understand real-time security event management in enterprise environments. 2. Field & Data Technician Track Get practical, on-site experience installing and maintaining structured cabling, fiber optics, and other physical infrastructure. Work alongside experienced field engineers to support high-profile clients. Learn to troubleshoot and test cabling and hardware systems using industry tools and standards. 3. Network Technician Track Build foundational knowledge in network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Gain exposure to enterprise-level switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems. Requirements

  • Recent graduates (within 12 months) in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn through hands-on experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel or work on-site, depending on the assigned track
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
