About The Position

The Graduate Research Associate position in the Department of Microbial Infection and Immunity involves conducting research under the guidance of a scientific mentor. The role requires performing complex laboratory techniques, generating hypotheses, designing experiments, and recording results. Responsibilities also include assisting with the collection, analysis, and compilation of research data, maintaining laboratory records, supplies, and equipment, and contributing to the preparation of publications and grant applications. The associate is expected to attend seminars, present data at scientific meetings, and participate in journal clubs, laboratory meetings, and Department activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in biological sciences
