About The Position

Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of Admissions invites applications for the position of Graduate Recruitment Coordinator. The coordinator will collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative offices to promote graduate programs regionally and beyond. Reporting directly to the Director of Admissions, this position will lead outreach efforts, organize recruitment events, and serve as a key liaison between the university and prospective graduate students, employers, and community organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in higher education, business, marketing, or a related field, or within one semester of completion
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and event coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license required
