In PMG’s Graduate Leadership Program - AI Strategy, Solutions & Automation Track, you’ll help shape how marketing and media teams work in an increasingly automated world. You’ll design automations, workflows, and lightweight apps that streamline how PMG teams plan, activate, and measure performance for some of the world’s leading brands. You’ll work at the intersection of business, marketing operations, large data, and technology - using tools like Zapier, N8n, Replit, and AI platforms to build smart, scalable solutions that simplify how we operate. Your work will ultimately connect into PMG’s proprietary platform, Alli - the technology that powers data, media, and automation for our clients. You’ll learn how to build within its ecosystem while helping shape the next wave of tech-enabled efficiency across the company. Program Highlights: Immersive Training: Jump into an intensive onboarding experience focused on strategic frameworks, client business challenges, and how AI and technology can enable our teams to drive measurable impact. Hands-On Experience Early On: You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. From day one, you’ll work on real business problems - collaborating with strategy, media, creative, and data teams to shape client success. Focus on Learning, Not Just Leading: While 'leadership' is in the program name, we prioritize deep learning first. You'll learn the ropes of client’s businesses and tech-driven solutions before stepping up as a leader. AI Strategy, Solutions & Automation Track Focus: You’ll gain exposure to how PMG teams operate to identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve internal workflows - building and testing prototypes using tools like Zapier, N8n, Make, Airtable, or Notion API. You’ll collaborate with PMG’s tech and business teams to refine and scale successful builds.
