Job Description: What is the role? Internships are a key way for students to gain valuable work experience, make important career contacts, and learn about the Cotality culture. Our interns will participate in the day-to-day work environment, have an impact working on real technology project and business challenges. We work on the cutting edge of the industry, with next-gen technology, like cloud native applications, machine learning and AI. THE OPPORTUNITY Graduate internships at Cotality are more than just a learning experience; they are the launchpad. This is a 10-week immersive summer program where you won't just observe; you will participate in the day-to-day work environment and tackle real-world technology projects and address property business challenges. Our Goal for You: This program is designed as a standalone, high-impact professional development experience, serving as a vital bridge between academia and the professional world. While we are committed to providing you with industry-leading skills, elite mentorship and valuable networking, please be aware that this is a fixed-term program that may or may not lead to a permanent role. Location: We are focused on providing a hybrid experience, working a few days a week in one of our office locations and the remainder being remote, throughout the 10 weeks. Our two largest employee centers are in Irvine, CA and Dallas, TX, with additional locations in San Diego, CA. Candidates should live within a commutable distance to these sites. Are you the right fit? Partner with the PEX Solution Managers to lead V27 projects through the Enterprise Digitization Funnel Management (EDFM) process. The projects are a combination of Automation as well as AI enabled initiatives. You will be required to support the creation and completion of User Centric Design (UCD) deliverables as part of project discovery as well as collaborate on specific business case creation tasks. You will need to work cross functionally across different teams within Operations, Technology and Finance. Help gather data and perform research to support the development of robust business cases, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis. Utilize program management tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, or Confluence to track project dependencies and ensure the portfolio stays on its critical path. Assist in researching emerging technologies (such as AI/ML) and industry benchmarks to help the team challenge the status quo and innovate. Networking: Executive roundtable sessions, lunch and learns, product demos, technical workshops, and social networking events A day in the life exposure: attend virtual workshops, participate in brainstorm sessions, use Google AI products for solution research, present findings and recommendations to senior leadership team to name a few. What will you gain: Work one-on-one with Principal, Sr. Principal-level leaders & the Head of Performance Excellence with 15+ years of experience. Gain insight into how C-suite executives prioritize investments and manage enterprise-wide change. Learn the "Critical Path Thinking" required to run a multi-million dollar transformation office.

Requirements

  • Academic Level: This program is specifically targeting Final-Year Students.
  • Candidates should be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a graduation date of Spring 2026 or Winter 2026.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • We are unable to accommodate students on international visas (e.g., F-1, J-1, H-1B) at this time.
  • Academic Standing: Completion of at least three years of relevant coursework.
  • A preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Demonstrated leadership through campus organizations, previous internships, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Use AI as your thought partner to challenge status quo and find unique ways to mitigate project execution risks.
