This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Audi’s regional sales operations and how they contribute to overall brand performance. The analyst will collaborate with regional teams, HQ Sales Operations, and dealer partners to support data-driven decision-making, program coordination, and operational excellence—ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.Possible Tasks within this RoleRotation 1   Retail Operations:   This rotation provides exposure to retail performance analysis and competitive positioning within the automotive market. The analyst will learn how to interpret sales, inventory, and wholesale data to identify trends and opportunities that drive dealer engagement and regional growth. They will also gain experience in automating reports and dashboards that visualize KPIs for field teams and dealer networks.   Rotation 2   After Sales:   This rotation focuses on understanding how after-sales operations impact profitability and customer satisfaction. The analyst will work with parts and service performance metrics, develop automated reporting tools, and assist regional managers with program reporting and communications. This experience highlights the critical role after-sales plays in sustaining brand loyalty and revenue streams.   Rotation 3   Dealer Network Development:   This rotation offers hands-on experience with dealer network development and facility compliance. The analyst will participate in weekly calls regarding franchising and facility upgrades, update tracking reports, and learn systems such as DPMS and Smart Systems for reporting purposes. They will also conduct audits, prepare franchise-related documentation, and manage dealer bio updates to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Region with sales, inventory, and wholesale analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and automate reports for field and dealer network that track KPIs, improving dealer conversations and insight on current trends.
  • Support the Region Operations Specialist on daily tasks and liaise with HQ Sales Operations on forecasting, budget, and report development.
  • Measure performance for parts inventory, purchases, and sales (workshop & non-workshop) to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and automate reports for field and dealer network to track KPIs, improving dealer conversations and operational insights.
  • Support the Region After Sales Manager (RASM) and Parts & Accessories Specialist (PAS) on daily tasks, including Internal & Dealer Program Reporting and Communications.
  • Attend weekly conference calls for franchising and facility upgrades, update spreadsheets, and learn DPMS and Smart Systems for reporting purposes.
  • Update franchise tracking activity report.
  • Conduct GM audit and update master list with changes.
  • Generate/update franchise-related letters.
  • Audit Dealer Bio’s list to identify gaps and work with field team to fulfill remaining dealer bios.
  • Download and distribute reports to region and field staff.
