About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Requirements

  • Current graduate student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits per semester.
  • Knowledge of standard software applications including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Qualtrics and statistical software (e.g. SPSS)
  • Ability to multitask and function with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Must be resourceful, self-directed and work with little supervision
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

  • Have knowledge and understanding of UND's social media policy and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of programming for the Office of Community and Belonging, The Hilyard Center, the Indigenous Student Center, and the Pride Center.
  • Post and update webpages and social media accounts with content, posts, pictures, stories, and links to external webpages.
  • Attend area-related programs and experiences to provide assistance.
  • Assist with the marketing and advertisement of programs and experiences for the Office of Community and Belonging, The Hilyard Center, the Indigenous Student Center, and the Pride Center.
  • At times, work collaboratively with the Division of Marketing and Communications.
