About The Position

The GA for the MDiv program will offer the MDiv chair instructional support for MDiv courses as well as administrative support for the low-residency MDIH program. Duties such as retreat/event planning, coordination of marketing, and other administrative program support will be included, as needed.

  • Facility with online learning modalities and especially Canvas.
  • High level organizational skills and familiarity with Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Ability to be self-directed.

Responsibilities

  • Offer instructional support for MDiv courses.
  • Organize Canvas classroom.
  • Plan events for the MDiv and MDIH program that support community well-being and connection.
  • Assist program chair with administrative tasks.
  • In addition, GA will support MDiv students’ research and academic writing skill development through the design and delivery of academic writing- related instructional materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
