Job Description: Assist the department with a variety of duties. A Graduate Assistant will gain essential work and educational experience needed to obtain full-time employment in their chosen field. These tasks are to be performed in a manner that professionally, cordially, and efficiently assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Admission to Graduate Study degree program at SWOSU
- Working in field of study
Responsibilities
- Recruiting academically and athletically qualified student-athletes
- Practice organization
- Strength and conditioning
- Game-day operations
- In-game coaching
- Opponent scouting
- Player development
- Camps/tournaments
- Daily overall operation of the program
- Tape exchange and editing
- Other tasks assigned
