Assistant Volleyball Coach
About The Position
Martin Luther College (MLC) is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Volleyball Coach to support its NCAA Division III women’s volleyball program. This role fosters a competitive, Christ-centered environment, assisting the head coach and guiding student-athletes as they grow into leaders for public ministry. An individual with strong volleyball IQ and a passion for teaching the game will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both the athletic and personal development of student-athletes. Salary is based on an 18-week NCAA fall sport season and the success of the team beyond the regular season. This is a 0.156 FTE part-time, exempt salaried non-benefit eligible position. 2026-2027 Hired assistant coaches will receive $322.41 per week for the 18-week NCAA fall season.
