Requirements

Enrolled in a graduate program at the institution.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
Experience in student leadership, counseling, or residence life preferred.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Commitment to fostering a Christ-centered community and supporting student spiritual growth.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
On-campus residency is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree in education, ministry, or related field
Desire to pursue Greenville University graduate program.
Experience in Student Development or desire to pursue a degree in a related field.
Agreement with the purpose of Greenville University and demonstration of a mature Christian faith.
Leadership, initiative, strong written and verbal communication skills, and administrative ability.
Ability to work as a member of the Residence Life Senior Staff and Community Life team.

Nice To Haves

Experience in student leadership, counseling, or residence life preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Area Coordinator in leading and supervising undergraduate Resident Assistants within the residence hall.
Develop and implement living-learning programs that promote a Christ-centered community and enhance student development.
Support the planning and execution of residence life activities and events that foster community engagement.
Meet with students for general counseling, guidance, and support to promote their well-being and success.
Facilitate Resident Assistant staff selection, training, supervision, and ongoing development.
Collaborate with campus departments to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming living environment.
Assist in addressing student conduct issues and promote positive community standards.
Contribute to the assessment and improvement of residence life programs and initiatives.
Serve in our ResLIfe oncall rotation
