Position Summary The Graduate Analyst will participate in a one-year, full-time position designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin their professional careers in banking. Participants will be assigned to a specific department within the bank, such as Commercial, Products & Investments, Technology, or other business areas, based on their academic background, skills, and interests. During the program, analysts will contribute meaningfully to team objectives, work on strategic initiatives, and develop the foundational skills needed for a long-term career at Santander.
