The Graduate Admissions Assistant supports the LLM and SJD Programs' admissions functions by providing support for general office tasks and communications. This includes assisting with data entry, follow-up communication, creation of documents for meetings and applicant files, maintaining and directing mail, managing social media, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks. This position requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. This position will interact with many people on a daily basis, ranging from students (around 200) and prospective students (around 800), professors, administrators, and professionals from the community. As a vital addition to the staff, this position will support and ensure that the Graduate Admissions Office is able to maintain the level of student services necessary to maintain and grow enrollment numbers. The Graduate Admissions Assistant will report directly to the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions.
