About The Position

Guests in The Madison Concourse Hotel's beautiful Governor's Club Lounge e njoy complimentary breakfast, top-shelf cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and desserts in the private lounge with a breathtaking view of the State Capitol. As a Governor's Club Lounge Attendant, you play a part in making this a great Madison experience for our guests! We're looking for a true people-person with knowledge of Madison to give our guests recommendations for food, fun, and other things to do while in our wonderful city. This is a full-time morning position with hours from 5:00am–12:00pm Monday–Friday and 5:00am–1:00pm on weekends. Scheduling is based on business needs, with days off varying week to week and not guaranteed to be consecutive. Weekend and holiday availability is required. We offer a competitive starting wage of $17/hour, plus benefits.

Requirements

• Customer service background is required

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet prepared by our culinary team
• Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the Governor's Club Lounge
• Refresh complimentary amenities for our guests throughout the morning
• Maintaining inventory and restocking items in the kitchen and Governor's Club Lounge
• Assisting guests with any questions they have about the hotel or surrounding area
• Acting as a concierge to make recommendations for things to do and see around Madison
• Perform other functions as required and directed
