About The Position

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Information Services Program (ISP) is seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Contract Manager supporting the Child Support Program (CSP), staff augmentation coordination activities, and data center and cloud-related contracts. The incumbent is expected to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. This position performs contract management and procurement work for assigned IT contracts, ensuring contract actions are completed timely and in compliance with state laws, Department policies, and established procedures. The Contract Manager works under the direction of the Contract & Procurement Manager and collaborates with program staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

Requirements

Two or more years of professional experience in contract management, procurement, purchasing, or a related administrative or business function.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing or supporting IT contracts or procurements.
Knowledge of state procurement laws, rules, and procedures.
Experience coordinating contract documentation, approvals, and renewals.
Experience supporting staff augmentation or professional services contracts.
Familiarity with procurement and contract management systems (e.g., MFMP or similar).
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
Experience working in a large IT or public-sector environment.
Experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
