About The Position

Village Capital is a well-established mortgage company committed to delivering a quick, efficient, and quality mortgage loan process to our customers and business partners. We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Requirements

Demonstrated success working in a remote environment with strong self-management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Windows-based systems and experience navigating mortgage software platforms.
Prior experience using Encompass, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to system updates or new technologies.
In-depth knowledge of FHA, USDA, and VA insuring guidelines, processes, and remittance procedures.
Proven ability to insure loans across multiple lending channels, including Retail, Wholesale, and Non-Delegated.
Skilled in reviewing loan files for accuracy and compliance with agency and investor requirements.
Ability to identify and resolve insuring discrepancies to ensure timely endorsement and payment processing.
Familiarity with agency portals and systems (e.g., FHA Connection, USDA GUS, VA systems) for efficient submission and tracking.

Responsibilities

Accurately insure FHA, USDA, and VA loans in compliance with all agency requirements.
Prepare, package, and submit complete binder files for FHA, USDA, and VA loans within required timelines.
Monitor insuring status and follow up on outstanding conditions or corrections to ensure timely endorsements.
Manage and resolve escalations by coordinating with internal teams, investors, and agencies.
Maintain detailed records and reporting for all insured loans to support audit readiness and operational transparency.
