Our AmLaw 100 client is adding mid-level talent to its nationally recognized Government Contracts practice in Washington, D.C. This is a high-stakes practice advising major defense contractors, technology companies, and global institutions at the intersection of regulation, enforcement, and complex transactions. The group is deeply embedded in the federal marketplace and consistently handles matters that shape government procurement policy and enforcement priorities. The Role You will work across the full lifecycle of government contracts matters, including: • Counseling on regulatory compliance and risk management • Litigating government contracts disputes • Supporting M&A and corporate transactions involving government contractors • Advising on suspension and debarment matters • Handling False Claims Act and internal investigation work Bid protest experience is not required. Requirements

  • JD class years 2018–2020
  • Meaningful experience in government contracts law
  • Comfortable advising sophisticated clients with real exposure
