The Washington, DC office of Perkins Coie LLP, an AMLAW 50 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our nationally-ranked Government Contracts team in the Regulatory Compliance & Disputes practice subgroup. Our practice is consistently recognized as among the best in the nation by Chambers USA. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney to join a collaborative and well-rounded team. The attorney will play a lead role in handling sophisticated and high-profile matters, including bid protests. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of government contracts experience in the federal government, private practice, and/or industry, to include the following: Significant experience handling bid protest matters before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) as lead attorney. Deep knowledge and understanding of the FAR and DFARS, and regulatory compliance counseling expertise. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and litigation, supervise attorneys, and develop client relationships. Experience with False Claims Act investigations, cybersecurity, mandatory disclosures, suspension and debarment, and prime-sub negotiations and disputes, Other highly relevant areas of experience include GSA Schedules, intellectual property rights, M&A diligence, claims and disputes, trade controls, and grants.
