About The Position

This full-time Career Service position within the Department of Health provides management consultant services and assistance to OMMU and other stakeholders. The role focuses on improving management capabilities and operational procedures through conducting research, performing statistical, trend, and data analysis. The analyst will utilize skilled decision-making techniques to evaluate, plan, and integrate data analysis to formulate solutions, strategies, and recommendations. Key tasks also include designing forms, tables, and reports, creating queries, updating data and reports, preparing information for professional presentation, and researching, preparing, and disseminating reports of a topical or statistical nature.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills to include Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Knowledge and experience in SQL Server Management Studios
• Knowledge and experience in Visual Basics (VBA) for Excel
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce objects (SOQL)
• Knowledge and experience in Power Query
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of database experience using SQL
• 2 or more years of Visual Basics (VBA), advanced Excel, and Power Query experience

Nice To Haves

• ArcGIS experience
• Qlik experience
