Government Accounting Manager is a key member of the company business operation team who will manage all aspects of cost accounting and compliance with Government regulations and reporting across the organization. They will coordinate and collaborate with a variety of departments/areas, including Human Resources, Operations, Contracting, and Procurement. The ideal candidate has a strong working knowledge of and experience in Federal accounting and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, CAS, and Uniform Guidance). They are highly motivated, energetic, and experienced individuals who will oversee the development of government submissions, lead, or support DCAA/DCMA audits and reviews, ensure policies and procures are in line with federal regulations, and serve as a subject matter expert to the Company.
