Primary Responsibilities: Manage existing government agencies with a significant emphasis to driving increased sales penetration to new and existing ship-to locations Tactical management with the ability to execute sales plans in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois Metro territory Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution Meet or exceed sales and net profit goals for government agencies at either the Master and/or Ship-to level Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact in person and over the phone Establish new ship to locations within the agencies that you control Consultative approach to reviewing customer purchases, monitor critical customer metrics and recommend purchase saving opportunities through regular account reviews Provide training to customers on internet features and functionality
