About The Position

Provides governance, risk, and enablement advisory support to the Head of Governance and Enablement/Chief of Staff for the Personal Investor divisional risk team. Supports divisional and risk leadership by enabling effective governance practices, execution of the Personal Investor Top Risk Program, development of divisional risk reporting, and preparation of materials for governance forums, including Risk Council. Acts as an extension of the Chief of Staff to coordinate priorities, prepare executive‑level deliverables, and support disciplined execution of risk management activities aligned with enterprise standards. Core Responsibilities Supports the Head of Governance and Enablement/Chief of Staff with execution of governance priorities, coordinating inputs across stakeholders, and preparing executive materials for leadership reviews, governance forums, and Risk Council discussions. Assists with prioritization, sequencing of work, and follow‑through on governance and risk initiatives. Enables execution of the Top Risk Program by coordinating risk inputs, supporting documentation of priority risks, development of KRIs and mitigation plans, and tracking progress for leadership visibility. Helps surface emerging themes, issues and events requiring escalation, and focus areas for leadership discussions. Supports the development and implementation of divisional risk reporting, partnering with business stakeholders to produce clear, concise, and consistent reporting. Translates risk data into executive‑level summaries that provide insight into risk posture, trends, and Top Risk progress. Assists in coordinating and standardizing governance and risk activities across teams to support timely execution and alignment. Facilitates the integration of governance and risk considerations early in initiative planning and execution. Works closely with enterprise risk, compliance, legal, and control partners to support alignment with enterprise expectations and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective information sharing between Personal Investor teams and enterprise partners. Supports continuous improvement of governance processes and risk practices, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency using industry best practices and enterprise guidance. Encourages risk‑smart thinking through practical guidance, clear communication, and collaborative problem‑solving

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in governance, risk management, enablement, or related advisory roles, with experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; graduate degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, practical insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to enable execution and coordinate across stakeholders in a complex environment.
