About The Position
As a Gourmet Food Runner at Bardot Brasserie in ARIA, you will deliver an elevated dining experience inspired by classic French cuisine and timeless brasserie style. You will expertly guide guests through their dining journey by taking and delivering orders with precision, maintaining polished tables, and ensuring every detail contributes to guest satisfaction. From finalizing checks to completing side work and keeping your station immaculate, your professionalism and warm hospitality help create a refined, memorable experience that defines Bardot Brasserie.
Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
Nice To Haves
- 4+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Food Runner working in a similar gourmet restaurant preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and relevant greeting, utilize your knowledge of menu, guest preference, service and selling techniques to guide selections
- Knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, preparation method and time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation
- Be familiar with all hotel services, features and local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Maintain table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach
- Itemize bill correctly and efficiently secure payment
- Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Work as a team, assist guest and employee needs and inquiries
- Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
