About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Bus person is to provide prompt, courteous service to restaurant patrons and ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience by ensuring the outlet is cleaned and stocked.

Requirements

  • Work requires a minimum of 1 year F&B bussing experience.
  • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
  • Must present a neat and professional appearance.
  • Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.
  • Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
  • Work requires an attention to detail.
  • Work requires a strong understanding of gourmet dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure that all tables in quick service restaurants are clean throughout the shift.
  • Make sure all areas in quick service restaurants are clean and free of debris.
  • Changing trash in dining areas.
  • Stocking all drink coolers and fridges using first in first out rotation.
  • Maintaining the self-service areas by brewing coffee and stocking supplies.
  • Move tables throughout dining areas in order to be able to set up and accommodate need of the guests.
  • Stock, maintain and refill guest self-service station.
