About The Position

Megazone Cloud is looking for a Google Workspaces Leader to be the operational heart of our Google Cloud partnership, with a focus on migrating customers on to the Google Workspaces Platform. You are the deep expert on all things Google Workspaces and know how to work with Google on this product line. You are a senior leader that can work with our Sales teams and lead the migration in the US using our offshore implementation team in Korea.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in the cloud ecosystem, with at least 4 years focused heavily on Google Workspaces (GWS).
  • Ecosystem Mastery: You know the "ins and outs" of the Google Workspaces product and how all the services including Gemini tie together.
  • Proven Delivery: A track record of successfully leading implementations and migrations to GWS.
  • Technical Fluency: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be able to hold your own in a room with IT executives and Technical leadership for productivity tools
  • The "Builder" Mentality: You aren't looking for a cushy corporate job. You want to roll up your sleeves, and build a successful business around GWS migrations..
  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to simplify the migration to GWS for the client and to be confident in front of executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Cloud Digital Leader or Cloud Architect certification.
  • Experience specifically in Gemini.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Google Workspaces offering: Act as the primary, high-touch lead for Google Workspaces with our Sales teams. You are responsible for quoting and the end-to-end delivery of customer migrations into Google Workspaces.
  • Lead Implementation and Customer Change Management: Direct the migration and implementation work in the US, utilizing our offshore team. You will lead customer training and change management initiatives to ensure high adoption and successful deployment of Google Workspace solutions.
  • Master the Incentive Engine: Own the end-to-end process for Google funding (MDF, POCs, etc.). You’ll ensure our technical teams have the resources they need to build prototypes for customers by maximizing Google’s investment programs.
  • Be a Flexible Leader: Embrace the startup "builder" mentality. One day you’re presenting our GWS migration approach to leadership; the next, you’re training the client teams on how to get the most out of GWS.
