About The Position

Welcome guests into Good Zoo

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Greet guests and conduct sales for admission into zoo.
Upsell memberships.
Answer information about the park and the zoo.
Assists with other guest service areas.
Report any maintenance items needing attention or low inventory items to the manager.
Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier handling preferred.
