This role is responsible for interacting with guests, including greeting, thanking, and processing ticket sales. Providing a great guest experience is our #1 priority. This can be a fast-paced work environment and requires computer and communication skills. Throughout the Zoo, shifts are mainly standing and outdoors for admissions, parking, and the various experiences.
