About The Position

The supervisor is responsible for customer service and overseeing the daily operations of the driving range and mini golf operation. Assists the general manager with operations at Rob Roy Golf Course clubhouse.

Requirements

High School Graduate
Work well with public
Excellent customer service.
Staff must be willing to work flexible hours which are typically sunrise to sunset seven days a week.
Valid Driver’s License

Ability to multitask very well
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone
Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) within 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

Oversees the cleanliness of mini golf building and surrounding area
Ensures picking carts are cleaned and stored properly
Follows all opening and closing procedures
Assists monthly inventory, which includes retail merchandise and food and beverage products.
Sets and keep up to date work schedules
Trains and keeps staff updated on all operational needs
Ensures equipment is maintained properly
Ensures all monies are accounted for and turned into the main office
Co-ordinates the collection and cleaning of driving range balls.
Ensures that there is a safe environment for the public and staff in the building
Attends and participate in staff and training meetings
Responsible for the management of outings, tournaments, and special events.
Answers the phone and make assigned calls as required
Greets patrons when entering and exiting the facility
Keeps supervisor(s) informed of any problems or special occurrences
Performs other duties or special projects as they are assigned.
