Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in golf management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of golf operations, including pro shop management and course maintenance
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in golf-related technology and software systems
• Golf Course Superintendant Certification Requred

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the golf course operations, including the maintence shop, course maintenance, and grounds services.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for golfers
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of golf course maintenance workers and support staff
• Proactively manage Labor Plan and Staffing
• Oversee golf course planning and execution, including parterning with the Golf Shop to ensure preparedness for tournaments and outings
• Ensure the golf facilities are maintained to the highest standards of playability and appearance
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with golf associations, sponsors, and vendors
