About The Position

The Fox Hollow Golf Course, located in Timonium, MD, is seeking a seasonal Opening/Closing Golf Shop Cashier. The ideal candidate must be flexible, a self starter, willing to work as a team player and possess a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. Must be available for morning and evening shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months previous cash handling experience
• Minimum of 6 months previous customer service experience
• Ability to work independently
• Must have reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous point of sale experience and computer skills

Nice To Haves

• An interest in the game of golf is preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates cash register
• Assists customers with retail sales including apparel and golf equipment
• Answers phone calls
• Securing the facility at the end of each shift
• Communicates in a friendly, responsive and professional manner to customers
• Cleans, dusts, vacuums pro-shop, rest rooms and maintains areas
