About The Position

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program related to sports management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of golf rules, terminology, and etiquette.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as golf operations often require.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for golf and a willingness to learn about all aspects of golf facility management.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working or volunteering in a golf course, country club, or sports facility environment.
- Familiarity with golf course management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Certification in First Aid or CPR.
- Experience in event planning or customer service roles.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the golf course, including coordinating tee times and managing player check-ins.
- Support the organization and execution of golf events and tournaments, ensuring smooth logistics and excellent participant experience.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to understand course upkeep and help monitor course conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member and guest inquiries and assisting with equipment rentals and sales.
- Help maintain inventory and assist with merchandising in the pro shop, including restocking and organizing golf merchandise.
