Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping?
- A basic understanding of turf care, irrigation, and landscaping tools is a plus
- Previous experience in golf, groundskeeping, or hospitality
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming, aerating, and fertilizing turf
- Managing irrigation systems to keep everything green and healthy
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Operating landscaping equipment (we’ll show you the ropes if needed!)
- Setting up tee markers, changing hole locations, raking bunkers
- General upkeep and maintenance of the golf course
- Helping with cleanup after storms or weather events
- Pitching in wherever needed—every day’s a little different!
