About The Position
Cherry Hills Country Club, founded in 1922, is a family friendly Club with over 690 members. Facilities include a renowned championship golf course, a full-service golf shop, driving range, practice facilities, halfway house, and Par 3 course: eight outdoor tennis courts incorporating two pickleball courts, tennis shop, a family pool complex with café, junior Olympic size swimming pool and an active children’s club. This is an exciting time to join our team as we are currently undergoing a practice facility renovation and minor golf course restoration work. We are always looking for qualified and motivated candidates to assist in the maintenance and improvement of such a historical golf course. We have a storied history and tradition of excellence at the club and are looking for hard working and dependable candidates that enjoy working outside.
Requirements
- Applicants must be able to operate a variety of equipment including walk mowers, string trimmers and hand blowers.
- Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Mowing variety of surfaces including but not limited to greens, tees, rough and Clubhouse grounds
- Weeding, raking of sand bunkers, raking leaves, branches and debris on golf course
- Push mow and trim rough spots on golf course
- Filling sand divots, emptying trash, and other projects
