Congressional Country Club is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our Golf Courses & Grounds team. The 2026 season will be another exciting chapter for Congressional. Assistant Superintendents will help prepare the Club to host future major championships while ensuring an exceptional daily playing experience for our members and guests. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on, high-level championship experience at one of the most storied clubs in the country. In Fall 2025, the Club will also break ground on a brand-new, state-of-the-art maintenance facility and staff housing complex, creating an outstanding work and learning environment for our team.
