The Golf Course Maintenance Team Member plays a vital role in delivering championship-level course conditions. This position involves daily turf maintenance tasks and offers hands-on experience working with modern equipment, agronomic practices, and a skilled maintenance staff.

Requirements

• Golf course or landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform daily course maintenance activities including mowing, raking bunkers, trimming, and blowing debris
• Assist with turf care practices such as fertilization, irrigation, aerification, and cultural programs
• Operate and maintain golf course equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the golf course and surrounding grounds
• Follow all safety procedures and club standards
• Work as part of a team to ensure high-quality playing conditions every day
