SUMMARY: The Bartender is responsible for the overall guest experience of bar patrons and overall sanitation of their assigned post. The Bartender is responsible for monitoring all consumption of alcohol by each of their patrons and alerting the MOD or member of the Security Department in the event that a guest needs to be cut off or escorted out of the venue. The Bartender will have full knowledge of the food menu, as well as drink specials, bar focused events, and any issues pertaining to product shortage. The Bartender is responsible maintaining all the policies and practices as highlighted in Title 31, proper cash handling, and the safe and responsible sale and service of food and alcohol. The server should also possess general understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
