About The Position
This position is responsible for selling snack bar items, cooking sandwiches in the Halfway House of the golf course or Catfish Cantina on the beach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience working in a restaurant.
- Able to work independently.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest personally within 30 seconds.
- Ensure tickets are signed for food and beverages sold.
- Account for cash received during tournaments by listing items sold on food and liquor tickets.
- Grill sandwiches and prepare deli sandwiches.
- Sell beverages.
- Clean all areas of the Halfway House or Catfish Cantina including floors, appliances, patio, tables, shelves, drawers and counter tops.
- Clean restrooms and stock supplies.
- Inform supervisor of items needed including food, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure that sandwich condiment bins are stocked.
- Perform other duties as directed.
