About The Position
INTRODUCTION TO ROLE The Golf Cart Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide exceptional service. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As the Golf Attendant, you are safety-minded and focused, with strong attention to detail. Work well under pressure and in high-stress situations. You will need to be alert and focused on tasks for prolonged periods. You possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 100% attendance
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
- Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service the carts before and in between guest uses
- Instruct guests on how to properly operate the golf carts
- Assign golf carts to guests
- Inspect golf carts upon guest returns
- Clean and sanitize carts
- Report damages to office staff
