About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Golf Cart Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to our guests while ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of golf carts. This role is essential in enhancing the overall experience of our patrons at the golf course. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests with golf cart rentals and returns. - Ensure all golf carts are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. - Provide information about the golf course, including rules, regulations, and amenities. - Monitor the golf cart fleet and report any maintenance issues to management. - Assist with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment. - Maintain a safe and organized cart staging area. - Uphold a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude. - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Basic mechanical knowledge of golf carts is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
