About The Position

Golf Academy Assistant position is responsible for setting up the Academy range tee, maintaining it throughout the day, and breaking it down once the day is complete. The Assistant will meet and greet members and guests as they arrive for instruction and be there to make sure that all needs are met.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• High School Diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• Courteous reception of members and guests with the highest level of customer service in mind
• Ability to follow through on work assignments
• Must have a professional appearance, grooming and dress consistent with company guidelines
• Ability to lift 50lbs. unassisted
• Forward thinking and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Setting up of the academy range tee, maintaining it throughout the day, and breaking it down at the completion of daily instruction activities
• Greet members and guests as they arrive for the day
• Make sure that all member and guest needs are met throughout their time at the academy
• Assist Instructors and Club fitter with daily tasks to help create a seamless experience for all members and guests
• Minor club repair (regripping, loft and lie checks, club head repairs, etc.)
• Shadow instructors for further education
• Assists other departments as requested or assigned
